You took a leap of faith by supporting me, and I intend to prove it was a wise choice.

My first pledge is to tackle an underfoot issue: cleaning up our streets. Like many other areas, Heene Ward has fallen victim to the notorious pothole pandemic, which has wreaked havoc on our cars and wallets alike.

I’ll be making my way around the ward, mapping out these road craters. But potholes aren’t the only thing on my radar.

I’ll also be attempting to address those areas prone to flooding. Whether it’s blocked drains, road debris, or mud causing the problem, I’ll try to make sure no one steps out of their front door into a surprise swimming pool!

Where required, data collected will be reported and submitted to West Sussex County Council for review and further action.

This is just the beginning—let’s smooth things over, one road at a time!
